Create access groups
Basics
- Every company has a reserved Admin group you cannot change
- Create as many groups as you needed
- Recommend to name group with the member role, or function the group will serve
Best practice
- Prefer group-based access over individual access
- Use Manage access on a resource (VPN or device) to add resource to group
- Review group and group membership regularly
Grant access to a single user
1) Go to the Admin panel > Resources
2) Select Manage access
3) Add group/user from available groups/users
Review access and remove it
1) Go to the Admin panel > Resources
2) Select Manage access
3) Remove group/user from groups/users with existing access
